PIC'D is still being built. The missions, chats, recaps, awards, and reviews on this site are examples of what we're working on, and features may change before launch or never launch.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
• Joining doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, or particular features.
• We may change, pause, or end the waitlist at any time.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older. Only add an email address and phone number that belong to you. Texts are available for US phone numbers only.

Emails and texts

By joining, you agree to get emails about PIC'D's launch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you also opt in to texts, these terms apply:

• Program: PIC'D launch updates.
• You'll only get texts if you check the SMS consent box and add your number.
• Message frequency varies. We expect to send only a few texts before launch.
• Msg and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email picd.team@gmail.com.
• Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes submitting other people's contact details, using bots or automated tools to sign up, trying to get around our spam protection, or interfering with how the site works.

Our content

The PIC'D name, logo, designs, and site content belong to the PIC'D team. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. If you send us feedback or ideas, we're free to use them without owing you anything.

Disclaimers

The site and waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PIC'D and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or the waitlist, and our total liability to you won't exceed $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to stay on the waitlist after a change means you accept the updated terms.
